Set-up-Operation

Set Up: The electric animal rides need to be used only a hard. Flat. And even surface. Any Cracks in pavement /flooring or inclines can cause the animal to break and or tip over possibly causing injury/death. KIDS SAFARI MANIA and its associates assume no responsibility for any accidents that occur at your event.
Deposit: A deposit of $Shall be due and Payable upon Signing of this Contract. The items mentioned in this contract are not reserved for the Renter until the deposit  is received.
Balance: The remaining balance of $is due upon arrival at the event, prior to setup.
Definitions  The Renter shall have at least one person of average strength assist with setup at the time of delivery . if needed. This Person will be responsible for the proper operation of the rides. Also known as the “Attendant”. Renter and Attendant are responsible for enforcing the rules as instructed. Instructions for a safety  and operation will be reviewed at the time of setup and are included herein KIDS SAFARI MANIA will train attendant on how to operate the electric Animal in accordance with the manufactturer’s recommended operating  procedures and attendant/Renter will the acknowledge said training checklist priors to operating the ride KIDS SAFARI MANIA shall not be responsible for demage caused to floors or hand surface grounds as a result of setup and placement of Electric Animals Rides.

AT NO TIME SHOULD THE EQUIPMENT BE LEFT UNATTENDED!

Negligence or Abuse The renter agrees to be responsible for any damage or theft of the Electric Animal Rides. If damage is incurred while the Equipment is in the possession of the Renter or at the location for the Equipment as directed by Renter. Damage costs vary but are estimated Below :

Electric Animal Rides:

  • $50-$100 for cleaning fees
  • $200-$500 for repairs
  • $2,500 per unit if the unit(s) are not repairable/stolen

Responsibilty No food, drinks, toys, animals, silly string, or sharp objects are allowed in, on, or around the rentals at any time. The Operator is responsible  for ensuring that the size and weight of the person riding the electric animals does not exceed the maximum person/weight limit:
Small Animals 1 rider/135Ibs total AND Large Animals 2 riders/200Ibs total. Rentals that are set up on hard surface such as concrete or asphalt must be closely watched to prevent theirmoving or shifting. The renter is also responsible for any damage or staining that may occur to the unit.

Inspection and Release of Liability

Responsibility The unit will be inspected before removal from Renter’s premises. The Renter expressly assumes the Responsibility of informing all person(s) who use operate or rent the above specified Equipment that, they do so at their own risk and that, if any injury occurs to the person(s) using, operating or renting the Equipment, then Animal Rides of America. It’s employees, officers, directors, sharcholders, owners, agents, successors and assigns  shall not be held liable for any such injuries and / or resulting damage and further, the Renter shall indemnify KIDS SAFARI MANIA in the event KIDS SAFARI MANIA is held liable for any injuries and / or resulting Damage
Entrie Agreement This contract contains the entrie agreement between the parties and shall not be amended or modifies except in writing and signed by all parties hereto. Please note that in the event of an emergency or problem with the Equipment the Renter shall immediately Contact KID SAFARI MANIA @

Operation Procedures

The ride should not be operated if wind exceeds 20 mph or in rain or lightning conditions
Riders should be sorted by similar age, weight, and height range. Large older children should be segregated from smaller children. It is the responsibility of the Attendant to ensure that the equipment is not overloaded.
No food, drink, gum, confetti, or silly string is allowed on the electric animals.
The rated weight and occupant capacity should never be exceeded. Please refer to each ride’s capacity above in this contract, per manufacturer’s recommendation.
The Attendant should assist the riders when they get on/get off the ride.
While the ride is in operation, the attendant should watch the ride at all times.
No roughhousing or horseplay shall be tolerated. No rough play shall be permitted at the time.
Anyone who does not obey the rules after being warned should be asked to stop the ride.
The attendant must strictly enforce the rules agreed to.
The attendant must remain in control of the ride at the times.

Emergency Procedures

Emergencies can arise for various reasons. The following are a few examples of emergencies and how they can be handled. This is strictly a guide. Please use common sense when an emergency occurs.
Weather Bad weather can arrive in the form of rain. Lightning or strong wind. In each case you want to evacuate the ride as quickly and safely as possible. Remain Calm!  If you panic your riders may also panic. Stay calm and stay focused on your job. Which is to help the riders exit the ride quickly, but in an orderly fashion.
Loss of Electrical Power If a loss of electrical power occurs. Please do not leave ride unattended. Please push each ride to a safe place out of the elements.
Damage If a ride becomes damaged while in your operation, write down what happened, when and any other details you observed and immediately contact KIDS SAFARI MANIA. Do not attempt to continue to operate the ride.
CUSTOMER’S PLEASE BE ADVISE IF YOU CANCEL A 20% OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE GIVEN WILL BW CHARGE OR REDUCE FROM YOUR DEPOSIT. PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION WE CONDUCT NUMEROUS PARTIES AND THE TIME FRAME WE RESERVE ANOTHER CUSTOMER CANNOT RESERVE.
